This organization is a Navigation partner agency with Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and Home Help Provider Agency, which reimbursement funds of Home Help Services are distributed to Caregiver since January 2012. A new audit and database will be created to reflect the total funds that was distributed to caregivers from 2012 through 2015. No caregivers were paid in FY 2016 – 2021.

This organization was a principal of its fiduciary 501c4 tax exempt organization, Delo Neighborhood Community Services. We were 501c4 tax exempt under Delo Neighborhood Community Services, however we pursued and have our own 501c(19) tax exempt structure.

An application on Form 1024 and Form 8718 has been filed with the IRS to become a 501c(19) organization and have its own 501c tax exempt status for the benefit of the military veterans and their spouses/widow that joins this organization. Effective May 15, 2020, this organization is 501(c)19 tax exempted.

This organization used an Online Payroll system for caregiver contractors effective September 2015, and a third party work scheduling system effective January 2015. You must have a bank account in the USA, pass drug testing, complete fingerprinting and authorized to work in the USA to be a caregiver with this organization. Thank you for your understanding.
