💼 Position Details

• Starting Pay: Up to $22.00/hour

• Client Load: Care for up to 5 clients and earn per client

• Supervision: Ongoing support and oversight from the Executive Director

• Employment Status: You are an employee, not an independent contractor

• Training: Continued education in advanced technology, self-reliance, and entrepreneurship

📝 Caregiver Requirements

To qualify, you must:

✅ Refer a client who:

• Is receiving Medicaid or VA Aid & Attendance benefits

• Is 60+ years old or an adult with a disability

• Can be approved through MI Dept. of Health and Human Services – Adult Medical Services and/or VA eBenefits

✅ Meet the following conditions:

• U.S. bank account for direct deposit

• Complete I-9 form, fingerprinting, and police clearance

• Pass a drug screening – this is a drug-free workplace

• Complete two interviews, including a home visit

• Own a smartphone or tablet with internet access

• Have a valid email address

• Be proficient using the WhenIWork portal for digital timesheets

• Hold a First Aid/CPR certificate, or be certified as a CNA or MA
